2-Year Limited Algae-Free Guarantee
What Is Covered:
- Black algae staining (Gloeocapsa magma) on treated asphalt shingle roof areas
- Return of algae staining within two years under normal environmental conditions
- Retreat of affected areas at no charge if staining returns within the warranty period
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage from storms, hurricanes, or natural disasters
- Excessive shade or heavy tree debris accumulation

House Washing Warranty
Every house wash we perform in Jacksonville is backed by a written mold and mildew warranty. The level of coverage depends on whether you choose our standard service or upgrade to HydroGuard protection.
Standard Service
6-Month Guarantee
Treated exterior surfaces are guaranteed against organic mold and mildew regrowth for six months. If it comes back under normal conditions, we retreat at no charge.
HydroGuard Upgrade
12-Month Guarantee
Upgrade to HydroGuard and extend your coverage to twelve months. Ideal for shaded homes, waterfront properties, and high-moisture environments.
Not Covered
Dirt accumulation, hard water staining, irrigation staining, oxidation, fading, and conditions caused by heavy shade or landscaping that prevents proper drying.
Paver Sealing Warranty
2-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Our paver sealing services are backed by a two-year limited workmanship warranty covering sealer failure caused by improper preparation or application. If peeling or flaking occurs due to installation error within the warranty period, we will correct the affected areas at no charge.
In Florida, paver sealing typically requires maintenance every two to three years to maintain optimal protection and appearance. Annual cleaning and inspection are recommended to maintain warranty eligibility.
What Is Covered?
Sealer failure caused by improper preparation or application. Peeling or flaking due to installation error within the two-year warranty period.
What Is Not Covered?
Normal wear in high-traffic areas, tire marks or scuffing, rust, oil or chemical stains, efflorescence, flooding or drainage issues, paver movement or settling, and lack of recommended maintenance.

Your coverage activates automatically once full payment is received for your service. Keep your invoice on file as your proof of warranty coverage and activation date.
What do I do if something comes back within my warranty period?
Call us directly at (904) 715-3125. We will schedule an inspection and if the issue falls within your coverage, we will retreat the affected areas at no charge.
Does my warranty transfer if I sell my home?
No. All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original property owner and service address listed on the invoice.
Can another contractor work on my home without voiding my warranty?
If another contractor alters or treats the same surfaces we serviced, your coverage may be voided. Contact us first and we will advise you on the best course of action.
How long is the roof cleaning warranty?
Our roof washing service comes with a two-year limited algae-free guarantee covering the return of black algae staining on treated asphalt shingle surfaces under normal conditions.
