Can you remove tannin stains from oak trees on my concrete?

Absolutely. Oak tannin leaves dark brown streaks on driveways, sidewalks, and patios that get worse with every rain. Regular pressure alone will not remove them completely. We use a targeted treatment that breaks down the tannin and pulls it out of the pores of the concrete for a full restoration.

I have a gravel driveway but my walkways are concrete. Can you still help?

Yes. We work around gravel areas and focus on the hard surfaces that actually need cleaning. We are careful not to displace gravel while cleaning nearby concrete, pavers, or siding. Just let us know your layout when you reach out and we will plan the job accordingly.

My screened in porch is covered in pollen and cobwebs. Do you clean those?

We do. Screen enclosures collect pollen, dust, and cobwebs fast especially during spring and fall. We use low pressure to gently clean the screens, frames, and flooring without tearing or stretching anything. It is one of those jobs that makes a huge difference in how your outdoor space looks and feels.

Can pressure washing get rid of the black spots on my garage floor?

In most cases yes. Those black spots are usually a combination of tire marks, oil drips, and mildew that has settled into the concrete over time. Our surface cleaners and degreasers break all of that down and lift it out. The results depend on how deep the stains have set but we can improve even the toughest ones significantly.

Do you clean around boat ramps or lakefront properties?

I just had my house painted. How long should I wait before pressure washing?

We recommend waiting at least 30 days for the paint to fully cure before any exterior cleaning. After that, soft washing is the safest method for painted surfaces. It removes dirt and buildup without affecting the new finish. Regular soft washing actually helps your paint job last longer by keeping contaminants off the surface.

My HOA sent me a violation for my dirty driveway. How fast can you get here?

We understand the urgency. HOA deadlines do not wait around and neither do we. In most cases we can get you scheduled within a few days of your quote approval. Can you clean brick pavers without removing the sand between them?

We primarily operate Monday through Saturday but we can accommodate weekend requests depending on our schedule. If a weekend appointment is the only option that works for you, just mention it when you reach out and we will do our best to make it happen. We try to be as flexible as possible for every customer.
